Finance Sales Specialist – Field Based – B2B – Basic salary plus commission

Our client, a rapidly expanding financial services business, have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced B2B finance sales professional to join their team. You should have at least 2 years’ experience selling finance in the SME sector and ideally be QFA or APA qualified.

Their head office is in Dublin City Centre so you should be prepared to travel there regularly for sales meetings, however most of your time will be spent appointment setting, visiting prospective and existing clients at their offices, and selling over the phone where possible. This role will suit someone who has a background in asset finance sales or similar and who wants to join the most progressive and exciting business in its sector.  

The Role:

·         Interact with business introducers and the sales support team to achieve agreed sales targets

·         Actively grow the client base and support the business through teamwork, can do attitude and self-motivation

 Responsibilities:

·         Use initiative and commercial acumen to implement company strategy

·         Work closely with the sales support team to manage deal workflow

·         Meet and exceed business objectives and targets and proactively target new customers for our finance products

·         Display the highest standards of professionalism in the areas of credit delivery, customer service and customer relationship management

·         Ensure all sales activities and documentation are completed compliantly within industry standards to a very high level with minimum re work

·         Ability to maintain the highest standards under pressure

Job Requirements:

·         Relevant qualifications to comply with Minimum Competency Requirements to enable the candidate to operate compliantly within the finance industry i.e. QFA or APA qualification

·         Ideally possess a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in field sales within the finance industry

·         Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative

·         Ability to focus in fast paced sales environment

·         Capacity to cover a large geographic area

·         Strong relationship building and communication skills

·         Full clean driving licence
