Field Sales Representatives Required – Co. Meath

Twentyfour7Sales is one of Irelands fastest up and coming Sales and Marketing outsourcing companies. We are currently recruiting for Field Sales Representatives to join our Just Energy Campaign selling Electricity and Gas to residential customers at the door.

The successful candidate will have a drive for success. Exceptional organization skills are required and a will to succeed in a fast-paced environment

The Role:

Ø  Directly selling electricity and gas in the residential market on behalf of Just Energy

Ø  Advising customers on energy savings

Ø  Hitting targets on a weekly basis

Ø  Managing given area effectively

Ø  Achieving and exceeding targets on a daily/weekly basis

The Successful candidate will….

Ø  Have a desire to move their career forward

Ø  Strong communication skills

Ø  Strong ethic and results oriented

Ø  Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential as training is provided

Ø  Be motivated, confident, have a good attitude and have the willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally

The Package

This position is full-time with base salary plus commission

Ø  Base salary of €19,000 – €23,000 per annum DOE

Ø  Commission OTE circa €40,000

Ø  Company phone & iPad

Ø  Fuel Card

Ø  20 days annual leave

Ø  Health insurance after 1-year service

Ø  Sales training provided on an on-going basis

Ø  Field Sales Rep of the Month award

Performance review after 3 Months and 6 Months. Opportunities to progress to management for those who demonstrate exceptional sales and managerial skills
