Field Sales Representative – Co. Meath

As a Field Sales Representative, you will look after your own geographical sales territory, building relationships with local retailers, and making sure that PepsiCo products are a core part of their success. You'll take responsibility for distribution, fixture visibility, and promotional execution activity.
You'll be working independently for much of the time, so you'll need to be self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time effectively. We'll give you a company vehicle along with all the marketing, sales tools and support you'll need. You will bring the sales skills, enthusiasm and in-depth local knowledge. Together, we'll continue to put PepsiCo products on the map.
Field Sales Representative
Location – Co. Meath and surrounding areas (Cavan, Louth, Monaghan, Longford, Westmeath, North Dublin)
Salary – €32,000 plus benefits and company vehicle
Accountabilities
• Full ownership on Journey Planning Territory
• Balance Period Priorities & Full Year Objectives across full territory – including Fixture Visibility, Promotional Execution & Secondary Displays
• Build relationships at store level to deliver the Walkers strategic agendas of Key National Account Teams
Experience & Behaviours
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• University graduate 2.1 minimum preferred
• Selling skills essential
• Planning and prioritising – including time management
• Communication and Rapport building skills
• Experience of working to work to targets
• Exhibits a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges
• Demonstrates perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals
• Demonstrates a sense of passion, enjoyment and pride about their work
• Displays responsible and ethical behaviour towards customers, suppliers and others in the organisation
• Independent and Pro-active individual who can work alone with minimal supervision
• Field Sales Experience desirable
• Knowledge of the FMCG market would be preferred
