[b]ROLE: Field Sales Executive[/b]
Location: Field Based with 1 day per week in Dublin 2
Salary: Competitive Salary plus uncapped commission, OTE €40-€50k + car/ car allowance, phone & Ipad
[b]The Role:[/b]
Follow a structured sales process, attending qualified meetings with decision makers of SME businesses in order to present BST solutions including access control, surveillance and intruder alarms plus our unique monitored defibrillator DOC.
As a field sales representative conducting most of your work outside of a business office, you will be expected to manage your time effectively, track your selling activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients and schedule visits or meetings with clients within your sales territory.
Main Duties:
• You will work at prospect sites, delivering sales presentations with the goal of securing new business contracts
• You will need to develop knowledge of your target customers, existing competitors in the marketplace and industry trends that may impact a buying decision
• You will be required to spend one day per week in the office outbound calling
• You will maintain a regular calling / contact schedule with companies, to identify more leads
• You’ll be expected to attend a minimum of 10 meetings with decision makers per week; from which you’d be expected to close 10-15%
• Your targets will be phased from months 1-3
• You’ll will conduct prospecting in your area to build market knowledge and create business opportunities
• You will source your own appointments for the first two months, after which period you will may also benefit from appointments booked by the telemarketing team.
Required Experience (Essential):
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
• A FULL Driving Licence
• Experience of self-lead generation
• Experience making cold calls
• 1 year minimum experience as a B2B field Sales Executive
• Eligible to live and work in Eire
