Paragon Worldwide Acquisitions recently opened its doors in Galway and are looking to attract talented people with an interest in personal and professional growth. We opened due to high demand for our director’s ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
Our director came over from the UK and has already sourced a top recruitment administrator and handful of talented sales people. However, we expect our team to double in size within the next 4-6 weeks so we can really come through for our energy client.
This is a unique opportunity to get in at the ground level and grow your career alongside Paragon and our primary client in the Energy industry. You’ll begin with face-to-face brand representation and new customer acquisition through field sales presentations. You'll be explaining energy package options, comparing competitor's tariffs and helping customers decide which one is right for them.
Within a matter of weeks you may be able to advance and assume additional responsibility as part of our business development programme. This is the structure our director followed in order to assume the responsibility of maintaining a sales force to provide consistent results for an international client portfolio. The programme moves at an individual pace for each participant with no seniority.
In addition to growth opportunities, this is a good opportunity for people that are interested in getting out and about and travelling instead of being sat at a desk in an office all day. Our team regularly travels throughout the region and even to other parts of Ireland and across to the UK. Plus there are R&R travel opportunities and social events for top performers!
