My client is seeking a Facilities Account Manager for Leinster to secure, supervise and monitor facilities projects and industrial cleaning projects. The role will involve liaising with client property managers/site managers. The role will also involve overseeing pricing contracts, ensuring cleaning work is completed to a high standard, auditing cleaning performances and reporting back regular written/ verbal reporting to clients.
Previous experience of the Facilities industry is preferable. The ideal candidate must be keen to work hard and be interested in establishing a career within a successful company in a very busy industry.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager of the Cleaning Division.
Requirements
- Degree or Equivalent
- A full driving licence
- People Management Experience
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, been able to build relationships.
- Strong Administration Skills
Salary Circa €30,000 – €35,000 depending on experience + bonus + company vehicle
