The role involves

* Working on multiple and diverse key roles for large IT Companies globally

* Understanding their requirements and developing a recruitment plan that is effective

* Utilising the power of Linkedin and other Social Platforms to head hunt and attract key candidates

* Following the Vanty International Assessment Process that delivers above industry average results

* Supporting the other Global Vanty Recruiters to achieve the Company's Mission

* Account Manager and business develop

* Maximising the Online CRM to manage your Accounts

* Proactive involvement on Online Meetings to maxmise return for your clients

* Reporting to the EMEA Manager

* Having daily interaction with our ever expanding team globally

Desired Skills & Experience

This opportunity is for a Recruiter who has a proven track record in IT and / or Sales Recruitment and now wants to utilise the experience they have earned to work in a role that involves – no commuting, less stress and greater freedom to achieve work life balance which in turn will harnace better results.

Key Requirements

* Min 5 years Recruitment experience – ideally attained within IT and/or Sales for Enterprise Accounts

* Good knowledge of the Global IT Industry

* Consistant track record of achieving sales targets

* Pipeline experience

* Results focused with strong previous conversion rates

* Ethical, organised and pro-active approach to Recruitment

* Online CRM experience

* Building your profile in EMEA as one of the leading Recruiters to work with in IT

* Self-starter with initiative and highly self motivated to work from home

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise; simultaneously managing diverse vacancies for varied clients

* Ability to work independently and as Team Player to support colleagues across Europe

* Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal)

* Desire to join an organisation that cares about clients and candidates

* Ability to work full time
