Dutch speaking Upselling Agent

We have a fantastic new opportunity available in Ireland for a fluent DUTCH speaker to join an international sales team. You will represent a company specialising in promotional products where you will be the first point of contact for the DUTCH business market.

As an Upselling Agent you will receive mostly incoming calls from business clients and you will also complete warm calls to existing business clients. Converting calls into sales is your aim in this role. Recommend products, informing your clients on promotional offers, creating and revising quotes and processing orders will be all part of your daily tasks. Upselling and cross selling will be important in this job.

We are looking for candidates who have:

– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DUTCH and English

– Previous customer service or sales experience

– Computer literate, experience with CRM desired

– Experience with working toward targets

– Eagerness to learn and develop

Full paid training will be provided. There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes accommodation on arrival and support thereafter plus flight reimbursement up to 150 Euro.
