Role Objective:
In this dynamic role, the Manager will maximize revenue through various channels including room bookings, conference facilities, and food and beverage services, while ensuring exceptional sales service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Direct the day-to-day sales and marketing operations to enhance revenue and client satisfaction.
– Conduct sales activities such as lead generation, negotiations, site inspections, and attendance at industry events.
– Monitor corporate account performance and adjust strategies as needed.
– Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs for city volume.
– Analyze production reports and develop business channels.
– Focus on driving meeting and conference business.
– Provide regular performance reports to management.
– Contribute to pricing strategy and forecasting.
– Oversee the annual marketing budget and execute promotional campaigns.
– Develop printed promotional materials and manage online marketing channels.
– Arrange corporate entertainment events.
– Utilize CRM systems for client database management.
– Attend relevant promotions and represent the hotel at industry events.
– Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
– Uphold and promote the hotel’s image at all times.
– Stay informed about market developments and factors influencing business.
Requirements:
– 2 to 3 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
– Creative thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
– Experience in team management.
– Target-driven and results-oriented.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Confident, ambitious, and proactive.
