Customer Services / Telesales Executive
As part of our continuing expansion, Conaty Food & Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's premier suppliers to the hospitality industry are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Telesales Executive to take inbound and make outbound calls to our large customer base.
This position also involves checking and invoicing orders in the warehouse.
Great potential for the right candidate to further their career in sales through promotion to our field sales fleet.
The ideal candidate should possess the following traits;
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong sales ambitions
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong use of computers, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
- An excellent time keeper
The successful candidate will work under the leadership of our Telesales Manager between 11am – 5pm and from 5pm – 8pm will also be responsible for checking orders in the warehouse prior to their dispatch.
This is a Monday to Friday position and the hours are ;
Monday – Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday 9am – 6pm
