Duties and Responsibilities:

Europcar Mobility Group are delighted to announce our vacancy of Customer Service/Sales Representatives . We are looking for the right candidate for a fun dynamic role as a Europcar Brand Ambassador who can build strong relationships with our customers, while adhering to our company values.

What can you bring:

We are seeking a someone who is highly driven to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with a proven track record in sales.

You will have the opportunity to gain in depth exposure to our Branch Operations through ongoing service based sales training and development.

What will be expected:

Drive sales of our ancillary products to meet monthly targets
Provide superior customer service while identifying and prioritising customer needs
Handling customer queries, face to face and by phone, with professionalism and confidence
Closing Rental Agreements for returning customers

Skills Required:

You will be a self-motivated, target driven individual
An excellent communicator both verbal and written with an enthusiastic personality
A background of providing superior customer service.
A keen interest in cars & strong product knowledge is advantageous.
Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations
Team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English speaker. Second languages a bonus.
A full B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is essential

This is a full-time permanent role which requires flexibility and availability for shift work Monday to Saturday between business hours 9am and 5.30pm
