Customer Service Advisor

We now have several exciting opportunities in our Dublin office for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join us.

You will be the initial point of contact for Temporary Nursing Customers and responsible for placing nurses and healthcare assistants into temporary bookings throughout Ireland.

Core duties would include:

• Provide telephone guidance and support to field staff working in placements.
• Respond to complete and routine telephone enquiries from clients and field staff.
• Allocation of nurses and health care support workers to requested bookings.
• Liaising with nurses to establish their availability and requirements.
• Updating the 'in house' system to reflect Nurse availabilities.
• Taking calls from clients and taking shift details.
• Filling shifts with available nurses and healthcare assistants.
• Working in a small team, utilising your nursing knowledge and experience to support your colleagues.
• Appropriately record and forward client, service user or nurse complaints.

Successful candidates will;

• Be able to work independently.
• Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative.
• Have a good working knowledge of basic computer packages.
• demonstrate detailed service knowledge, inclusive of recruitment, payroll, marketing and sales.
• be driven to exceed set goals and targets and maximise client and nurse satisfaction.

So that we are best able to meet the needs of our clients, our staff shift patterns mirror those worked in the healthcare industry; shifts would be between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
