Contracting Business Development Manager

Our client is a professional services consultancy that operates in all business sectors across 120 countries. Based from the sales office on St. Stephens Green in Dublin city centre the company helps self-employed contractors (consultants) to find new projects and organises their tax and financial affairs. This is an Inside Sales Executive position that focuses on sales and relationship management position.

 Overview

• Responsible for contacting consultants and advising them of the company’s offerings and issuing quotes  
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
• Partaking in the screening and vetting process to assess their skills, background and suitability for future contracting positions that company has secured.
• Participating in corporate networking events.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Work with Internal Project, Business Development and Relationship sales teams.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment,
• Use CRM to track consultants through the selection phase through to On-boarding
