The Account Manager will proactively develop and retain excellent client
relationships to achieve growing revenues within the assigned customer base.
The role involves working with clients to understand their requirements and
then selecting the ideal promotional products to meet their objectives, timelines, and budgets. The position is office based.
Creative and analytical skills are both necessary in this position.
[b][red]Core Responsibilities[/b][/red]
General responsibility for conversion of leads/quotes into business.
Responsibility for lead generation by actively prospecting potential and existing clients on an inbound and outbound basis
Work to sales targets for new and existing clients.
Research products and suppliers, and generate quotations as required.
Be the primary focus in maintaining CRM database.
[b][red]Ideal Qualifications[/b][/red]
Experience managing and building relationships with multiple clients.
Ability to work independently within the overall team culture.
Experience in Promotional Products sector.
College degree and/or relevant work experience.
High level of IT literacy
Excellent communication skills.
[b][red]Rewards: OTE of 28k – 35k with uncapped commission.
