Commission Sales Agents, OTE €40, 0000-€50, 000

Established in 1977, Beam Vacuum & Ventilation are Ireland & UK’s leading provider of central vacuum & ventilation systems to homes, commerce and industry.

Our systems are widely specified by architects and consulting engineers and installed as standard by quality house builders throughout Ireland and UK. We also supply self-build domestic homes, hotels, nursing homes, churches, restaurants and factories to name but a few.

Our Industrial Division specialises in the design, manufacture and installer of larger bespoke fixed and portable vacuum, dust, and fume extraction system for industry and commerce.

We are seeking to recruit commission sales representatives throughout the Republic of Ireland to work closely with our distribution/installer network.

Responsibilities:

• Selling the company’s full range of products to new construction projects, from self-build homes, to developments, to commercial projects;

• Cold Calling on all new construction projects;

• Consulting with a contact database of influencers;

• Implementing the company’s sales & marketing activities;

Essential Requirements:

• Experience selling to the construction sector within a designated territory, ideally 2+ years;

• Experience in presenting to architects / engineers / specifiers and construction professionals;

• Ability to generate and convert your own sales leads;

• Be self-motivated and have proven ability to work on own initiative and
respond to challenges in a positive and persistent manner.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Be prepared to travel to promote / present / sell;

• Sales / marketing experience of technical products would be an advantage;
