B2B Sales Executive

Bsae + Competitive Salary Offered

Main Objective of the Role: To sell our cloud based IP phone system to the SME market in Ireland. The role will involve developing new sales leads and also managing the follow up of existing leads. The Sales Executive will travel to prospective customers to explain and demonstrate our service. The individual will be involved in the sales process from customer acquisition, account setup to contract signing and basic system training.

Our system is a cloud based IP phone system targeted towards the needs of the Fast Food delivery industry; however we have and do accept business customers from any industry.

Essential Skills Requirement: You must be able to perform to a high standard of competence in the following skill-sets with minimum supervision and direction.

 relationship building;
 researching the market – gathering market and customer information;
 presenting the product and service in a structured professional way both face to face and by telephone;
 listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
 maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
 arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
 negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
 challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
 advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
 recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
 reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
 gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
 making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
 feeding future buying trends back to employers;
 attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
 representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
 negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

Experience
 Previous experience in the catering/fast food industry preferably in a sales or support role or previous experience in technical or product sales.
 Leaving Certificate or equivalent (incl. Applied) or Level 4/5 NFQ.
 Fluent Italian desirable thought not essential.

 A deep understanding of the internet, windows, broadband and surfing the web – for demonstrations and customer signup.
 Ability to manage your time and organise your weekly tasks.
 Flexible working hours – for meeting business prospects.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 The right to work and live in the EU.
 Clean Drivers License – Age restriction of 25+ to be covered by class 3 commercial travelling insurance.
 Own Transport – (this may change post probation period of six months).

Place of Work: F6 Unit 3,Maynooth Business Campus, Maynooth, Kildare, Ireland

Dublin / Midlands based role – but some nationwide travel maybe required
Daily travel to prospective and existing customers.
