Area Sales Manager – Retail – €45,000 (€65,000 OTE) company car benefits
Due to expansion this sucessful retail chain is now seeking an experienced area sales manager to oversee the galway/mayo/roscommon/sligo region. You will have full P&L accountability for the region as well as training and development of the teams in store to ensure levels of service in stores exceed customer’s expectations.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is working presently or has worked as an area manager in the retail sector. You will have a proven track record of driving sales, KPI’s and profitability. You will be comfortable leading and motivating people and getting the best performance from them. You will also be agile, proactive and reactive in this fast paced environment.
