Appointment Setting – NAAS

Atos Ltd. have been providing professional IT support services to business and home users for over 10 years.

Located just outside Naas, Co. Kildare we respond to I.T. support calls throughout Ireland.

You will be working in our business contacting potential customers by telephone.
your job is to try and presude them to meet with the area sales representative.

Your working day is spent on the telephone making outgoing calls based on a script. during each phone call, you're likely to:

Describe the product benefits and any special offers.
Give Advice about how these may benefit customers personally.
Presude customers to accept a visit from a sales representative.
Gather and Document information about the customer.
Enter your notes in our CRM package.

The work is fast paced and intense, and you have only a short amount of time to build rapport with the customers and explain the features and benefits of the product.

Full-time, part-time or flexi-time oppertunities are avalable.

To be a telesales Operator you will need:
Excellent Communication Skills
A polite, confident and friendly manner
Confidence using computers
To enjoy working with cusomters and building relationships
A postive attitude
Flexiblility and quick thinking
Persevernace and the ability to respect customers answers
Good Knowledge about the company's products and services
To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure
To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
To understand and comply with the legistation relating to direct marketing.

There are no set requirements. Sales technique and personality are more important than academic ability.

Training will be provided in-house. Opportunities for the successfull candiate will include promotion and icreased salary.
