360 Search is a boutique recruitment company based in Dublin. We are expanding and now looking to hire dynamic Recruitment Consultants with excellent communication and presentation skills, who are hungry to succeed and rise to a challenge?
This role will involve:
Effective communication with client companies to ensure "the right person gets the right job"
Developing accounts and fulfilling multiple needs of clients.
Creative thinking in Business development.
Making visits and presentations to corporate clients.
Recruiting candidates at all levels for client organisations
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates both personally and by telephone.
Coaching and leading both, candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
Salaries packages are excellent and include a high basic salary and bonus structure.
