[b][red]Sales Director/Head of Sales – Ireland[/b][/red]
We are currently looking for a Head of Sales based in Ireland.
[b][red]To lead the Ireland Sales Agenda;[/b][/red]
• Develop and deliver an all Ireland sales strategy across all channels for Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker
• To deliver best in class customer management across PIFB (PepsiCo franchise business) brands in channel
• To develop sales strategies with Britvic
• To manage a business of €102MM
• Responsible for PIFB brands in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
• Responsible for the sustainable growth of PIFB brands in existing customers through developing and agreeing strong JBPs
• Responsible for developing PIFB brands in white space channels (Food Service and Licensed)
• Responsible for leadership and management of a team of 15
• Responsible for the development and delivery of AOP plans and budgets on an all Ireland basis
• Accountable for maximising the effectiveness of sales and terms.
• Accountable for developing strategies and tactics to drive improvement in revenue/pack profits for PIFB
• Accountable for key customer relations at Trading Director level across all customers
• Responsible for shaping and delivering the MU people plan in the Sales Function
• Responsible for developing team through coaching, feedback and formal training

• Selling/commercial experience
• Demonstrated execution of Commercial / Sales strategies across Multiple
Channels
• Revenue Management experience

We are offering a salary of 110,000-120,000 euros, plus car or car allowance, and a flexible benefits plan.
