Sales Reps Required to Represent SKY Ireland -[b][red] Basic Salary plus uncapped Commission Structure[/b][/red]
MSR are now expanding and are looking for Field Sales Representatives to work [b][red]on behalf of Sky Ireland with a high reward commission structure [/b][/red]and career advancement opportunities for the right candidate. You will be responsible for working as part of a field sales team selling Sky products to residential customers in their homes within a designated area. This is a highly autonomous role and requires candidates with a natural desire to succeed, the ability to get on with people of all ages/backgrounds and possessing a 'can-do' attitude
[b][red]Key Requirements / Skills:[/b][/red]
Motivated and energetic
Must be very personable and display the ability to clearly communicate with our customers
Portray a professional image at all times and understands the need and importance of delivering a first class customer service
A track record in face to face sales will be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided and having a passion for target based selling is an absolute must!
Ability to work varied shifts, evenings & weekends included and a willingness to travel
Full driving licence and own transport is desirable
[b][red]Key Duties:[/b][/red]
Responsible for making speculative calls to potential customers in their homes, promoting Sky’s products and services
To understand the needs of potential customers, in a face to face environment; identify their requirements and to provide a Sky TV package & level of service to meet those needs
Achieve personal and team daily and weekly targets
Report daily to Sales Manager on sales achievements
Effectively manage time by following up on leads, enquiries and contacts in order to increase sales
