For more than 25 years, Helix Health has been delivering innovative pharmacy and practice management software to the retail pharmacy, hospital, dental and general practice sectors. Headquartered in Dublin, Helix has a client base of over 2,000 healthcare organisations throughout Ireland and the UK. Due to our ambitious growth plans focused on expanding the UK client base, we are now looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to add to our growing Commercial Team.

The Role[/b]
•Achieve sales targets as agreed with Commercial Manager
•Making outbound calls to new and existing customers across the UK
•Develop excellent relationship with customers to promote Helix Health professionally at all times
•Provide reports and business forecasts as required against set targets and to offer commentary on personal performance
•Foster a positive working environment within the Commercial department and wider organisation
•Maintain a strong level of technical competency on all Helix Health offerings, both hardware and software

Requirements[/b]
•1-2 yrs Telesales/sales account experience
•Strong knowledge of email or marketing campaigns
•An excellent telephone manner and strong communications skills both written and verbal
•IT/healthcare sector experience an advantage
•Entrepreneurial, passionate, driven, engaging, and highly motivated
