Business Development Manager required for an International Recruitment Agency – 60k + Commission

60k + Commission

Experienced Business Developer required for International Market.

We are currently experiencing phenomenal International Growth. We have just opened an office in Berlin and we are therefore looking for ‘Superstars’ to join our Business Development Departments in our headquarters in Dublin.

Role Background:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager of mgi recruitment, you play a Major part in the development of new and existing partnerships globally. This will include new and existing business development, managing the sales process from lead generation, through negotiating contracts, to deal closure and ongoing account management and relationship development.

This role offers the opportunity to travel and build global connections.

Business Development Executives Responsibilities:

-Market research – As a Business Development Executive you will have access to the Research and Development team to conduct research of Clients and Potential Markets on your behalf.
-Formulation of strategy – Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
-Marketing and advertising and promotion planning- working directly with independent Advertising Team.
-Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
-Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
-Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according market development strategy.
-Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
-Attend and present at external customer meetings internationally.
-Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
-Record, analyze, report and administer according to MG Internationals systems and requirements.

Person Specification:

-Fluent English – Second European Language a PLUS
-2-3+ year Business to Business sales experience
-Good educational history (degree preferred)
-Willingness to learn and flexibility
-Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and adapt quickly to meet Business Needs
-Proven experience of meeting and achieving targets.
-Interest and knowledge of International Business and Recruitment Essential to succeed in this role.

Remuneration Package:

-Earn up to 80k Basic DOE and Commission
-20 days annual leave and 9 public holidays
-Paid Business Travel to International Destinations
-On-going Sales Training
-Monday to Friday
-Health Insurance and Pension Contribution
