Job Description
In this Outbound sales role you will be proactively contacting existing customers, booking appointments for them to attend their local branch for a consultation with a Financial Advisor. You will need to be able to quickly build rapport using conversational selling techniques and provide an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations.
Putting each customer at the heart of everything we do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seek opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the bank. You will give them clear, jargon-free advice that they know they can trust.
You will be working to both customer satisfaction and sales targets, so you will need drive and self-motivation.
No Cold Calling.

In return for the great service you provide, you will receive all the support and training you need to develop your skills even further.
The hours of work will be Monday -Thursday 4pm-8pm and the salary is 15,030 – 15,864 per annum, pro rata. There is also a sales bonus to work towards.
– An ability to work in a sales orientated environment, enjoying the challenges and rewards involved in dealing with different customers with their individual needs.
– Having a talent for talking to people, understanding what they need, identifying the right product for them and providing a great service.
– A good understanding of the variety of products on offer by digesting financial information and keeping abreast of changes.
– Proven sales experience or equivalent and excellent influencing skills.
– Taking personal responsibility for your own deliverables and work well with others to make your team a success.
– You should also have good PC skills, an organised, methodical approach and be comfortable with working in a target-driven environment.
Due to your initial training schedule, Holiday is not to be taken within the first 8 weeks. In this role you will also receive all bank holidays off and two weeks off at Christmas.
