Sales Deployment Manager

                                                                                     Overview & Brief Specification

MAIN TASKS:
• Responsible for the deployment process for banks products, offers and initiatives in relation to asset finance.
• Participate to the construction of the offer, check its reliability and efficiency
• Prepare the presentation of the finance offer's, explain it to the field force and present it the Network of retail dealerships
• Pilot the construction of the asset finance training program and documents both for the bank and Network field force, and train directly if necessary;
• Set-up qualitative and quantitative reporting to follow the Deployment process and the training of the Network;
• Analyze the best-practices and the technical evolution concerning the training activity.
• Implement Surveys to monitor the Network satisfaction 
• Contribute to the generation of an effective marketing strategy

KEY LIAISONS :
• All Internal departments of the banks Sales Force;
• Manufacturer : Sales-support team and Training team in motor finance;
• Partners: Training agency, individual trainers and consultants.

KPIs :
• Finance Penetration rate and volume of all Insurance products sold 
• Motor Finance deployment process strength 
• Sales standards

Core Competencies : 
• Commercial experience in the motor industry required and asset finance or motor finance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate credibly with internal & external partners
• Have strong Excel, PowerPoint and reporting capabilities 
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Display capacity to work under pressure and to adapt to flexible working as required
