Resource Manager

Overview

Resource Managers are expected to be enthusiastic, customer focused and passionate and are required to have a high caliber of Resourcing experience which is necessary to grow and develop the business in the contract consultancy market of IT, Telecoms, Oil & Gas and other Professional Services.

 Job Requirements

•           Ensure full understanding of the company’s proposition – being one of the first point’s of contact for all introducers and enquiries
•            Build strong relationships with agencies in order to secure current vacancies for perspective clients
•            Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential recruitment agencies; discovering and exploring new opportunities.
•            Attend networking events as and where required
•            Maintain and develop relationships with the top tier of OTB and High Associates
•            Generate and propose ideas for team improvement/marketing campaigns
•            Maintain industry knowledge and keep abreast of trends and changes within the marketplace 
•            Create a positive influence on the team and other team members
•            Meeting and maintaining own KPI’s and SLA’s
•            Be responsible for contacting OTB clients within states SLA’s; reviewing their CV’s and LinkedIn profiles; setting up job alerts and providing ongoing industry related advice.
•            Develop relationships with Associates; within states SLA’s, reviewing their CV’s and LinkedIn profiles; setting up job alerts and providing ongoing industry related advice.
•            Maintain professionalism at all times and ensure the company is being represented in the correct manner through any interaction either face to face, meetings, events or on the phone; paying articular attention to timekeeping, marketing material and professional attire.
