Area Business Manager (Lubricant Sales) South East (Neg DOE 37K – 50K)

What we need:
Finol Oils based in Dublin, Irish distributors of Total & Elf Lubricants, Actioil Fuel treatment and specialty fluids based in Dublin require an area business manager (Lubricant Sales) for the South East region.

The candidate must live and be based in the area.  This is a Sales Role, and applicants must have relevant experience in a sales capacity.

The Job
Management of accounts/customers in the region
Maintaining customer relations
Creation of new business (including cold calling to premises)
Management of leads
Cash collection from customers.
Regular reporting of leads/calls etc
Meeting monthly sales and call targets
Represent Finol at trade shows/exhibitions nationwide when required (sometimes outside regular working hours)
Attend Monthly Sales meetings in Dublin
Other ad hoc sales duties

Target markets:
Motor HGV and Buses Agricultural Plant & Industry Construction Marine, fisheries and pleasurecraft.

The Person:
3 years + B2B and B2C direct sales experience.
Experience of Selling Lubricants, Oils, greases or in selling to the Motor trade is essential Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Full clean driving License
Fluent English – Oral and Written
Self Motivated, ability to work independently and results driven Good area and market knowledge Good computer skills, competent in MS Office packages /email/web
Ability to learn/understand technical information regarding products etc
Ability to work efficiently, and plan effectively
Results Driven Proven track record in sales and meeting monthly targets.

The Package:
25k – 30k Basic Salary ( Negotiable DOE) Generous commission structure – Guaranteed first Year. Guaranteed earnings first year -Minimum 37K. Up to 50K. Company Vehicle Laptop, Smartphone Lunch & Expense allowance
