Client Relationship Manager (non-sales) – Fluent Norwegian

Your role as a Client Relationship Manager at Gartner is to deliver quality account management and build client relationships that ensure existing clients will continue using their research service. As a relationship manager for our existing client’s portfolio in Norway you will be a primary contact, accountable for both the proactive and reactive needs of our clients in relationship to existing services. We are looking for a Norwegian speaker to join our successful team.

Key responsibilities:

·         Through regular interaction, develop an understanding of the value of the information delivered in relation to clients business initiatives

·         Meet the client retention, renewal targets

·         Maintain regular dialogue with existing users in close partnership with Field Sales Account     Executives

·         Ensure usage of the research and advisory services purchased by the client

·         Introduce clients to the latest Gartner offerings and product enhancements

·         Continually stay abreast of new product offers and technology

 

You are the right candidate for this role if you have:

·         Experience in a client facing role (customer services, business development, telesales, lead generation, account management), preferably in B2B channel

·         Results driven with the energy towards challenges, competitive and goal orientated

·         Able to learn quickly, curious mind always looking for new individual development areas

·         Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently

·         Technology sector experience or strong, proven interest in this area

·         Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, ability to build strong working relationships
