Telesales – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
An excellent opportunity for experienced Telesales to work their own hours from the comfort of their own home being responsible for the generation of appointments for our Sales Consultants covering Ireland.

The Role
Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for arranging appointments for our Sales Consultants based in Ireland. You will be making Outbound calls from home on a business to business basis in order to contact and speak with their senior decision makers. During this call you will establish a need for our service and arrange a suitable time and date in conjunction with our online diary system which you will be given access to alongside a database of prospects.
The Person
You will already be suitably experienced in a sales or similar role gained either over the phone or face to face. You will be looking to take advantage of the free time you have at your disposal and take advantage of the skillset you have acquired in order to generate an excellent income from the comfort of your own home. You will be an excellent communicator who is highly skilled in persuasion.
Remuneration
CIS pay per qualified appointment regardless of whether it sells in addition to an excellent uncapped bonus scheme.
Our monthly periods run from 23rd last month to the 22nd this month and you will be paid gross on the last calendar working day of the month.
All qualified appointments are paid at €65 each. In addition to the appointment payment we offer a generous bonus scheme paying an extra €600 per month on average.
