The successful candidate will hold experience in an outbound calling environment, and be a highly driven and motivated individual. This role will entail calling the company’s customer database offering new products and cross selling telecommunication products.

- A minimum of six months experience in a sales or customer care environment
Responsibilities will include:
- To promote and arrange telecommunications products to pre existing customers
- To achieve KPI's across the service and quality
- To work in a structured and productive way that maximize the data you are provided
- Report against daily and weekly results
- Keep abreast of competitor’s products and services and share knowledge across the team
- Take ownership of all customer queries in terms of follow up and escalation
- Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date level of product, systems and procedural knowledge
- Promote all value-added services to customers.
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times.
