Seasonal Sales Consultant
Duties and Responsibilities:
� Greeting customers who enter the shop in the best way possible.
� Assisting shoppers in finding the right products for their needs and requirements.
� Keeping up to date with promotional offers available.
� Responsible for delivering daily KPI’s.
� Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
� Responsible for dealing with customer queries.
� Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
� Supporting the merchandising on the shop floor.
Experience
� Previous sales/ retail experience
� Proven experience of working in a target driven environment
� A passion for technology preferable
� Customer service focused
� Confident engaging customers on the shop floor
� Able to work as part of a sales team
