Sales & Marketing Executive – Cleaning Industry – Dublin and Leinster

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Managing Director

The Role

The primary function is to be responsible for the implementation of the Sales plan for the company. This will cover all aspects of the business such as Window Cleaning, Office cleaning, Industrial cleaning, Clinical cleaning and Janitorial sales.

You will be responsible for the following daily/ weekly functions

The candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be enthusiastic and outgoing.

Cold Calling

Daily you will be responsible for cold calling to sites as agreed with the Managing Director throughout Dublin and beyond.

You will be given a list of areas to cover on a weekly basis and it will be your responsibility to call to these sites and get the following information:

Name of site

Name and details of contact person

What the service requirements are

Who is their current service provider

Database

A database to be kept of the information gathered above and updated on a weekly basis

Leads/Quotation requests

All requests for quotations or further information to be passed to the Operations Director or the Business Development Manager.

Reporting

A report to be presented on a monthly basis outlining achievements of the previous month and a plan for the coming month.

Salary

A competitive salary is on offer to the right candidate

Company car or mileage allowance also payable

Commission payable on all sales achieved

Experience

Must have previous experience in sales and marketing.

Candidate much have excellent communication skills and be fluent in spoken and written English. Candidate must be computer literate with a good knowledge of excel sheets.

A full clean driving licence is also required
