Regional Sales Manager Required

Twentyfour7sales is Irelands fastest up and coming Direct Sales and Marketing Company and we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager who can Manage, Build, Motivate and Lead by example a Region of Field Sales Representatives on behalf of Ireland’s newest and most competitive Electricity & Gas supplier Just Energy.

This is a lead by example role so selling will be required by the successful candidate.

THE ROLE: 

• Manage day-to-day performance of their regional field sales team. 
• To provide leadership and direction for all the teams and lead by example 
• To exceed targets and objectives 
• Overall responsibility for the performance of assigned territory areas 
• Required to analyse, plan and organise sales activities in their region 
• Apply and manage performance management/improvement processes 
• Prioritisation and forward planning of sales activities 
• Assist in recruitment in their region if required 
• Manage staff churn rate 
• All aspects of reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 
• Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming employees. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for an experienced sales person, who has worked in a Direct Sales environment selling face to face. A minimum of at least 2 years in sales is required.
• Experience in overachieving targets and field sales experience as leading by example will be required.
• Previous experience in the energy sector (not essential but an advantage)
• Communication and interpersonal skills to manage contacts in defined territory
• Team player
• Previous experience in sales training
• Hard working, positive attitude is essential for this role
