Account Director – Digital agency background

6 months daily rate contract, extendable or potential to convert to permanent.

Multinational Pharma / healthcare organisation is seeking a customer centric Account Director, with creative profile from a digital agency background or internal web design solutions group within the Creative/Digital field.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, your role will focus on:

* Lead engagements on key accounts
* Ensure that the creative and digital work delivered meets the client’s needs
* Lead pitches for new business
* Ability to answer client queries on the product/service (web/digital expertise)
* Champion the Creative & Digital teams to build further engagement based on delivering a positive experience
* Guide/consult the client wherever possible on strategic/tactical direction
* Handle client issues or challenges with confidence
* Ensure that the internal delivery teams are supported with all of the relevant client insights
* Develop project briefs to guide the creative and marketing campaign team to deliver excellence for the customers

We are looking for an Account Director with strengths in client account management, relationship building and a strong people leader. You should have the following:

* A minimum of 10 years commercial experience as an account director or similar from a Digital Agency / Web agency or Digital Marketing sector background
* Excellent client liaison, presentation and negotiation skills
* Sales & new business presentations skills
* Proven ability to understand & meet client requirements in the digital web solutions & digital marketing areas
* Stakeholder engagement & strong relationship building skills
* Budgeting & reporting
* Planning & leadership skills
* Any exposure to the pharma, healthcare or regulated industries sectors is advantageous

Salary / Rate = Market DOE
