Our client in Sandyford, Dublin 18 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their brokerage team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an APA or CIP qualified professional with a passion for delivering great service & looking to join an expanding company offering superb career opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in Insurance Sales with knowledge of RELAY software. This position will be office-based.
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Renewals, and Mid-Term Adjustments
- Ability to sell effectively over the phone.
- Maintaining the highest Compliance Standards.
- Delivery of excellent customer service.
- Answering sales and service calls in an efficient & friendly manner.
- Delivery against assign daily/weekly sales targets.
- Managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks where necessary.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of general insurance sales experience, ideally with an insurance broker.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- Experience using Relay.
- Proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Focused on attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy team environment and to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in cross-selling and upselling.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A strong desire to succeed.
- An APA or CIP qualification necessary.
Benefits:
- EUR 30-32,000 basic salary (DOE) - EUR 40,000+ OTE.
- Generous commission structure - circa EUR 500-700 p/m.
