Our client is searching for a full-time field-based Sales Executive with experience in the services/hospitality industry to join their team, responsible for new business generation across the greater Dublin area. This role will focus on direct B2B sales and would be suitable for a driven salesperson with a real 'hunger' to close deals. There is fantastic earning potential for the right candidate, with a generous uncapped commission structure.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Responsible for full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing the sale.
- Manage accounts and grow additional business/revenue through existing accounts.
- Proactive in developing new contacts and seeking key referral opportunities.
- Exceeding challenging sales targets in line with business strategy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, on the phone and in person.
Key Requirements:
- B2B sales experience essential.
- Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Industry experience in the hospitality/services sector preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to read people.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Results-focused, with strong business acumen and operational awareness.
