Business Development Representative’s required for our expanding FMCG Field Sales Division .
LOCATIONS
You will ideally be based in the following Area’s :
•Dublin South / Kildare
•Kildare / Laois / Tipperary
Established in 1996 MCM Field Marketing has gone from strength to strength with an 80 strong workforce. Focusing on all things Field Marketing , MCM have become one of the leading companies in its marketplace. Now we need your help to take us to the next stage in our development.
You’ll report to our Field Sales Manager and will have an enthusiastic, self-motivated approach to work that will enable you to work both independently and as an influential team member from day one.
You’ll have a proven track record in FMCG Sales and Merchandising with excellent selling and communication skills . Communication and lateral thinking are two of your key strengths and you’ll be able to bring a positive , cheerful and respectful approach to dealing with our customers and clients as a result.
Reliability in reaching targets , completing work to agreed standards in a timely fashion and being process driven are essential skills.
You’ll have proven ability to assume responsibility for the growth and performance of the clients brand distribution and performance in the specified territory .
You possess the the skill , knowledge and confidence to consistently deliver positive KPI results relating to sales , distribution , planogram and promotional compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
•2-3 years experience of working in an FMCG Sales Development role or environment .
•Proactive team player, with excellent communication skills.
•High attention to detail.
•Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach.
•IT literacy – in particular Excel and the ability to utilise Mobile Device and Retail Execution Software proficiently .
•Must be based in the Territory
•Fluent English Essential
