FRS Recruitment has partnered with the leading provider of Office Consumables, seeking to recruit an Experienced and Resilient Sales Professional, to develop and implement growth opportunities within existing clients and attract new clients. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be commercially aware with a proven track record of B2B sales with strong product knowledge. As Internal Sales Manager, you must have first-hand Office Consumable product knowledge with strong hunter and leadership style with the ability to identify new business
Internal Sales Manager: Remote
* Developing Innovative Sales and Business Development strategies to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
* Preparing and delivering sales presentations and quotes to potential and existing customers base nationwide
* Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences
* Maximise all customers business throughout the full catalogue ensuring no leakage
* Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty
* Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
* Grow your number of new customers and develop them to their potential - Hitting and exceeding targets & KPI’s
* Attend industry events with a focus on growing the business when necessary
* Keep all activity within the assigned CRM system, use this to plan your days and weeks ahead as well as recording your activity
Requirements
* Min 5 years Senior Sales experience ideally with Office Consumables or related industry
* Proven ability to develop a new brand in Ireland & UK
* Proven record of gaining new business, excellent at building customer/prospect rapport and prospecting
* Ability to set, commit and achieve targets
* Professional training or qualification within sales or marketing
* Full Clean Driving License
