Sales Office Manager, responsible for the efficient functioning of our sales office & showroom through a range of administrative and managerial tasks.

Based in Ballymount Ind. Est., Dublin 24

·         Ensure the smooth running of the sales office on a day to day basis

·         Manage a team of 3 sales office personnel

·         Processing sales orders from customers & representatives

·         Managing the showroom and promoting sales from within the premises

·         dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

·         preparing letters, presentations and reports for management.

·         supervising and monitoring the work of inhouse sales team

·         implementing and maintaining procedures

·         delegating tasks to junior employees

·         ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

·         Computer & Excel literate

·         attending meetings with senior management

·         Salary 25-30k depending on experience
