Guidant IRC is looking for a Payroll candidate responsible for the day-to-day management of the UK and Ireland payroll requirements and additional EMEA payrolls. The successful payroll candidate will be a foundational member of a centralised Payroll team, will be given a high level of responsibility at an early stage and will be able to help shape future payroll operations. Collaboratively working inclusively with colleagues and partners in multiple locations in EMEA, you may be required on occasion to travel for business purposes.

In addition to payroll service delivery, some of your responsibilities include:

* Day-to-day management of the UK and IE payroll to include adherence with the payroll deadlines.
* Co-ordination of monthly UK and IE payrolls.
* Maintain accurate data on HR and payroll systems.
* Ensure employee pay is processed on time.
* Measure customer satisfaction regularly and be self-critical internally in this regard - driven the correction of internal processes and procedures to enhance this area continually.
