Our client is a small and growing business based in Dublin City Centre. They are hiring an additional salesperson to help drive their growth and market share.
The Role:
Ability to identify C- suite leaders within organisations who are a good fit for the business.
• Generating an effective pipeline for new business meetings.
• Continually identifying and creating accurate databases and company information.
• Utilising social media channels, technology platforms (e.g. RocketReach, LinkedIn Navigator), and other means to generate new business meetings.
• CRM utilisation and management: updating account information continuously with all software elements to maximise data and sales potential.
• Attending networking events (when restrictions allow) with a view to identifying and connecting with potential new clients.
The Person:
• 3rd level degree.
• The tenacity and persistence to make cold calls, write unique emails, and DM’s daily to generate sales leads.
• Great business writing skills (writing compelling emails and DM’s).
• An individual who can easily demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with leaders.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling within the corporate community - B2B sales
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Highly computer literate – the ability to pick up new platforms quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• The personality who strives working in a fast-paced environment and joining a team of like-minded individuals.
Remuneration
• Basic salary - €32K - €34K, depending on experience. OTE 45k
