* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience selling a wide range of products
* IT Literacy

* Customer Service - ability to communicate effectively and understand the customers needs
* Relationship management/Account Management
* Identify sales opportunities - offer advice and solutions to customers
* Adhere to all company policies
* Monitor stock levels across all trade items
* Support Branch Manager and colleagues to meet targets and KPIs
