FRS Recruitment have 2 roles available for candidates with Internal Sales/Trade Counter sales experience.
Both roles are permanent, and there is one available in North Dublin and one available in Dublin West.
Ideally you will have Tools/Equipment experience, with excellent customer service and relevant internal sales experience. Our client are a very successful business, with one of the roles in their best performing site. Candidates are expected to be able to hit the ground running due to how busy the environments are, but there will be a training/development programme also. You will be the first point of contact for both customers and the sales team alike.
* Deal with trade counter & phone enquiries
* Assisting in developing Trade sales and identifying new opportunities
* Excellent customer service and liaising with all departments
* Using in house software system
* Preparation of quotations
* Maintaining records
* Work closely with colleagues on the internal sales desks across all product portfolios
* Resolving queries with customers directly or via the sales team efficiently
This is a busy role, in both locations. Candidates will be required to work every second Saturday from 9 – 1pm and the salary is €30 to €32k.
