Due to expansion, this Saas based security company is now expanding. They are looking for a strong leader/manager who has a proven track record in technology.
Due to expansion, this newly created role will allow you the autonomy to recruit and build a team. Managing the customer success team you will lead from the front ensuring customers experience the best onboarding in the field. You will manage a team which you will hopefully grow over the next 3 years.
Setting and managing KPI's, you will ensure you and your team achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar customer success manager 's role and have grown a success team beneath you. Ideally, you will be based in Connacht however, if you are willing to travel to the office a few days a week and manage the team remotely, this will also be considered.
