Our client, a leading supplier of specialist components and fixings is looking to expand their sales team due to rapid growth in the market. They are well known for providing high-quality products and services to their well established and loyal customer base. They are currently looking to recruit an additional Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team, selling their full range of products.
THE COMPANY: They are an Irish supplier of specialist components and fixings for both the commercial and residential markets. Their products can be found in projects varying in size, from smaller residential builds through to large commercial projects. They have had double-digit growth over the past 5 years and are looking to continue that growth trajectory by expanding their sales team here in Ireland. Ideally based in the Greater Dublin region, you will cover the Leinster region, with most of the large commercial projects being based in Dublin. You will receive comprehensive product training. With a well-developed and stable team, they also work hard to attract great talent to their organisation.
THE ROLE: You will inherit an established client base whilst identifying new business opportunities throughout the Greater Dublin Area, selling their full range of components. You will call upon Architects/Specifiers/Manufacturers and Main Contractors. The role will be predominantly new business so you must have that hunter mentality and happy to go out and target the large commercial projects and win new business.
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a technical aptitude looking to join a market-leading organization. Ideally, you will come from a hardware background i.e.: doors/locks/handles/hinges/electronic locking systems etc. You will be driven, personable and have strong commercial acumen.
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 DOE
* Bonus: €6,000 +
* Company car or car allowance
* Lunch allowance, pension, healthcare, mobile, laptop, 22 days holidays
