Sales Manager: Software Solutions

Galway based IT Services Provider within a New Business/Sales Capacity:

Sales Manager Responsibilities: Identify leads and develop relationships with decision-makers within targeted sectors, Evaluate the company’s business model and deliver IT Solutions to match their needs, Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions and innovative ways to offer solutions. Support the development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques to execute an effective sales process. Qualify, develop and advance opportunities in both new and existing customer accounts through well-planned demand generation effort

Experience Required

* Minimum of 5 years business development experience within the IT and/or IT Solutions sector
* Proven track record of success and year on year incremental sales performance within B2B
* Have a strong network and contact base within the region, and be able to leverage this in order to develop new business within the relevant sectors.
* Develop Sales strategy and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline
* Strong understanding of the social media landscape and platforms and CRM tools.
* Entrepreneurial skills with an ability to see and capitalise on opportunities.
* A proactive and can do approach, with the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
* Full Clean Driving Licence – essential - Car owner-desirable
