The purpose of the Business Development role is to proactively develop new business streams in
existing markets and drive sales in our new range of exciting innovative products. We are
recruiting an energetic and target driven individual for the Ulster region.
Direct selling to the Commercial market
Seek out new business and progress same to become regular accounts.
Achieving sales and margin targets across all product ranges while promoting the company's products and services.
Working toward team sales targets
Promoting AIR in a professional manner
Providing high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
Good communication skills, liaising with all levels across the organisation.
Motivated to succeed and must have a growth mind-set
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of a clearly defined sales process and pipeline management process
Have strong influencing and negotiation skills
