Marketing Creative Designer: N.West

FRS Recruitment has partnered with a leading North West global organisation seeking a Creative Marketing Designer who can think creatively to deliver marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver visually compelling digital collateral through a Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Motion graphics and Video production

* As a Marketing Creative Designer, you will have the ability to create original marketing content
* Be a strategic thinker, know how to design persuasively, connecting to the brand
* Strong social perceptiveness so that marketing content is relevant and modern across a range of audiences
* Developing marketing concepts from inception to delivery, ability to create concepts and present the idea
* Flexible to balance both long-term marketing projects and requests
* Proactive ownership of marketing campaigns and projects
* Ability and experience to lead teams, project manage campaigns and deliver on these collectively

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* BA in Marketing or Design, and or Advertising with 2-4 years relevant experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Mac OS expert, Motion graphics, Video production experience in branding and building brand identities
* Ability to work in a collaborative manner to achieve results with a strong sense of accountability
* Able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management along a wide spectrum of technical abilities
