Managing main contractors in Dublin
Hybrid role: Sales and Project Management
THE ROLE: Based in Dublin, you will manage all large commercial projects through main contractors in Leinster. In this role, you will be responsible for CPD presentations, winning new projects and managing the projects through main contractors to ensure the smoothly running and completion.
You will be liaising with architects, consulting engineers, quantity surveyors and procurement. Half of your time will be spent on site and the remaining time being spent on business development.
THE COMPANY: Market leading organisation which specialises in providing a wide range of fire protection solution to the construction industry. They have worked on some of the most prolific contracts within her commercial markets and are highly respected in their filed. They have a diverse portfolio of clients throughout Ireland, although this role will be focussing on the Leinster region.
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking to speak with experienced technical sales professionals who have a demonstrable track record of dealing with main contractors in Dublin. You must have experience of dealing at site level and ideally have some project management or contracts management experience.
You will be equally as comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and have previous sales experience and conducting CPD presentations.
You will be polished, driven, money motivated, organised and have excellent attention to detail.
Experience within the fire protection or aligned markets will be highly advantageous. Strong technical aptitude is essential.
€45,000 - €55,000 Base Salary
€100,000 realistic commission and Bonus
