Distilled SCH consists of three 3 of the most popular online marketplaces in Ireland; DoneDeal.ie Daft.ie and Adverts.ie. We are now growing our team and recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team to help grow the largest online marketplace in the country.

 

Business Development Executive

The DoneDeal Sales Team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a range of clients, including car and commercial dealers.The successful candidate will help connect our clients to the hundreds of thousands of visitors to DoneDeal and Adverts.ie. Coordinate with other key business units within the company such as Product and Marketing to develop our digital solutions. The team has a target driven culture with a focus on retaining and growing our customer base.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Build successful relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities with our wide range of clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Have an appetite to learn everything about our newest products
  • Balance prospecting with running our customer database
  • Be sensitive to client needs and sharing insights with management.
  • Completely understand our digital solution portfolio and tailor our solutions to fit customer requirements
  • Be willing to become an authority in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus).
  • Be able to forecast reliably and handle both short and long sales cycles
  • Be willing and able to complete required admin.
  • Plan campaigns and successfully develop client accounts creatively which are financially viable for both parties.
  • Be proactive about resolving client problems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Exceed client expectations, ensuring that the client is receiving outstanding customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • An understanding of the motor industry
  • At least 1 year online sales experience
  • Strong sales ability with consistent record of hitting targets
  • Excellent listening skills along with collaboration and teamwork
  • Tried experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Keen to learn new techniques and develop sales skills
